    Established in 1973, HandiCar provides quality paratransit services to the residents of Pima Country. Starting with two wheelchair vans, and growing a fleet of over 55 service vehicles which provide over 135,000 transports annually, Handicar has grown into the largest locally owned private paratransit company in Southern Arizona.

In addition to our deep industry knowledge  and experience, we believe we bring more to a partnership than any other company.     Our management team is highly experienced and versed in the nuances within the paratransit industry and bring a combined average of 47 years experience as a residency in the Tucson Metropolitan area. Our knowledge and experience makes Handicar stand out as a transportation system.
