Eric Spitzer, President

   Mr. Eric Spitzer has served as the President of HandiCar, Inc. since 2014 and was previously the company's CFO; under his leadership the company has seen significant growth and advancement in the use of transportation technology. 

 

   Mr. Spitzer has extensive executive level leadership experience across industries, serving as President for numerous companies throughout his career. His background includes Finance and Accounting, Transportation, Destination Management, and Real Estate Construction Service.

   In addition to his oversight of HandiCar, Inc., Mr. Spitzer is currently the managing partner of Finance Accounting and Tax Associates, LLC; a management Team Member of Skyhigh Transportation (Vehicle Leasing Company) and a managing member of Fuel Recyclers of Arizona, LLC. 

   Mr. Spitzer has been actively involved in the community as a coach for over 25 years with AAU Basketball, High School Basketball, Competitive Club Soccer and is currently the Head Coach for the Sabino High School Men's Soccer Program. Mr. Spitzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Arizona with a minor in Communication.

William Kordsiemon, Vice President

   Mr. William Kordsiemon is HandiCar's Vice President, and has over 45 years of transportation industry experience which includes paratransit and ambulance services. William joined HandiCar in 2010, where he oversees daily operations for HandiCar. He is responsible for the direction of the company according to established goals, objectives, and policies. His scope of responsibility includes developing strategies and policies for growth, and implementing programs to ensure the company's growth and efficiency. He works with the company's management to ensure the efficiency of operations and to assist in achieving customer satisfaction. 

   Prior to his role with HandiCar, Mr. Kordsiemon served as Billing/Finance Manager for Southwest Ambulance in Tucson, Arizona for 12 years. In this role, he oversaw all financial and accounting functions, including collections, budget preparations, and communicating with patients regarding billing issues. 

   Mr. Kordsiemon previously served as Vice President of Kord’s Ambulance and Kord's Metro Services for 25 years, overseeing all operations. He supported the Fleet and Operations Departments, and managed the operation's Finances and Reports. 

   Mr. Kordsiemon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona. 

 

   Mr. Kordsiemon has been actively involved in the community as being part of The New Centurions Non-Profit Charitable Organization and as a former Rotary member.

Diane Davis, General Manager

   Ms. Diane Davis is HandiCar's General Manager and has over 25 years of experience in medical transportation.

   In her current role, she manages operations and dispatch functions, ensuring service excellence and contract compliance. Diane monitors performance, prepares and analyzes reports, ensures all employees meet all employment and training requirement, and manages all financial aspects of the operation. She works directly with staff and employees to meet daily goal of excellence. 

   Ms. Davis began her career in transportation in 1994 as a vehicle operator for Kord's Metro Services, Inc. ("Kord's"), which provides non-medical needs transportation in Tucson and Pima County. In 1995, she assumed the role of administrative manager of Kord's. Diane was appointed General Manager of Kord's Metro Services in 1998, and when the company was purchased in 2003, she retained the role of general manager and also assumed the role of general manager of HandiCar, concurrently. 

   Diane is fully dedicated to providing the best possible experience to our clients.
